Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 21, 2026 • Cabinet Depot

Plain-Language Summary

Welcome to Cabinet Depot. These terms outline how our website, showroom appointments, 3D design consultations, quotes, and cabinetry/appliance orders work. We strive to be honest, transparent, and fair in every interaction with homeowners, contractors, and dealer partners.

3D design sessions and initial quotes are always complimentary.
Quotes are estimates based on dimensions provided by you or your pro.
We encourage inspecting all cartons on delivery before signing.
Governed under the laws of the State of New Hampshire.

1. Services & Products

Cabinet Depot ("we," "us," or "our") supplies wholesale and direct-to-consumer kitchen cabinetry (including Legacy, Signature, and Slim Series), bathroom vanities, range hoods, flooring, cabinet accessories, and coordinated luxury appliances across our 8 showroom locations in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, as well as through our website at cabinetdepot.com.

2. Design Renderings, Quotes & Measurements

Our free 3D design services and initial price quotes are estimates prepared using the dimensions and layout requests provided by you or your contractor. Because room dimensions, wall plumbness, ceiling heights, and appliance rough-ins can vary:

  • You or your licensed contractor are responsible for verifying all final field dimensions before placing a binding order, or you may schedule a professional measurement service through our team.
  • Cabinet Depot design layouts are visual planning aids and recommendations. They do not replace architectural or structural plans.
  • Price quotes are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified in writing.

3. Order Confirmation & Payment Terms

Orders enter production once final specifications, finish selections, door styles, and payment arrangements are confirmed. Because cabinetry is staged or assembled to project specifications, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production or freight staging has commenced without written authorization from Cabinet Depot.

4. Delivery, Receipt & Inspection

Kitchen cabinet shipments typically arrive in numerous individual cartons. To ensure a smooth delivery experience:

  • Ensure an adult (18 or older) is present during the designated delivery window to inspect cartons and sign the bill of lading.
  • Provide a clean, dry, climate-controlled, ground-level staging space to store cartons safely before installation.
  • Damage or Missing Items: Please inspect all boxes at delivery. If any carton exhibits visible tears, crushed corners, or freight damage, note it explicitly on the driver's delivery receipt and notify Cabinet Depot within forty-eight (48) hours so we can promptly arrange expedited replacement parts.

5. Showroom Appointments & Consultations

Showroom consultations with our kitchen designers are complimentary. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment at any of our New England locations, please notify us at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance so we can open that time slot for other clients.

6. SMS Text Notification Terms

When you opt in to receive text alerts, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages regarding wholesale order milestones, production updates, freight dispatch, and delivery confirmations:

  • Message frequency depends on your project activity and order volume.
  • Standard message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier plan.
  • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or texting HELP for assistance.
  • Consent to receive text alerts is not a requirement to purchase goods or services.
  • Review our Privacy Policy and SMS Notifications page for additional details.

7. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All photographs, cabinet door style guides, 3D renderings, written content, logos, and graphics on this website are the property of Cabinet Depot or used under license. You are granted a limited license to browse, download, and print materials solely for personal, non-commercial use in planning your home remodel. You may not republish, scrape, or redistribute site content without prior written permission.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

Cabinet Depot products are backed by applicable manufacturer warranties covering material and craftsmanship defects under normal residential use. Except as expressly set forth in written product warranties, products and digital visualizers on this website are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cabinet Depot, its affiliates, managers, and employees shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, or delayed construction timelines arising out of the use of our website, product selections, or delivery logistics beyond the purchase price of the affected products.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any contractual disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Rockingham County, New Hampshire.
